Risk Disclosure

Effective date: June 2026

Market risk

Digital assets are highly volatile and may lose value rapidly, including a total loss of value. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Technology risk

Blockchain software can contain unknown bugs, vulnerabilities, or consensus failures. Network attacks, chain splits, and service outages may occur.

Custody risk

Loss or exposure of private keys or seed phrases can result in permanent and irreversible loss of funds. Bitcoin Silver wallets are fully noncustodial — the project cannot recover lost keys or funds under any circumstances.

Liquidity risk

Trading venues may have limited liquidity, delist assets, halt withdrawals, or suspend trading at any time. Third-party exchange availability is outside the control of this project.

Regulatory and tax risk

Legal and tax treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and may change without notice. Users are solely responsible for legal and tax compliance in their respective jurisdictions.

No recovery guarantees

Transactions on the Bitcoin Silver network are irreversible by design. There is no support channel capable of recovering lost, misdirected, or stolen funds.
